I had a great experience here getting my brakes and annual inspection done. I dropped my car off yesterday afternoon, and it was ready before they closed the same day. Tommy was fast, friendly, and clearly knows what he's doing. You can tell he's been doing this a long time and that the shop is well run. The dealership wanted to schedule the service much further out and quoted me about 2.5x as much. Here, I got quick, professional service at an incredible price, and I feel much better about bringing my car to an experienced local shop. I'd been taking it to the dealership after having issues with other shops tripping up the inspection because they weren't familiar with Mazda's computer systems, but I'm never going back to that dealership again after finding this gem. Can't recommend them enough. They've definitely earned a loyal customer, and I'll be coming back for future work.

The last time I took my car to get serviced it was at a jiffy lube (or some other spot that charged much more than they told me initially) and in the aftermath of their "service" I no longer heard my car beep when I locked it. Took it to Tommy today and got a great price for oil change and inspection, and when I got home and locked my car for the first time in a long time I heard it beep! THANK YOU TOMMY for fair pricing, and taking care of my baby.

These folks are the best! They fixed my camry2011's transmission with less thank 500. It's little bit pricier than expected. But I appreciated the fact that unlike other mechanics in the area, they donot try to scam you with unnecessary diagonosis. And they did my state inspection on a separate day even though I did not have an appointment. Truly appreciated doing business here.

I’ve been going to this shop for a couple of years while attending NC State, and I would really recommend it for students. It’s easy to get through from the wolfline, so you can just drop your car off and go to class and pick it up when it’s ready. Their prices are reasonable and they’ve never tried to upsell me anything like other places will. Service times are also really fast, you don’t need an appointment and if they don’t think they can fit you in they’ll just tell you to come back tomorrow. One time my sister and I were about to drive two hours home and there was a hole in my tire. I got to the shop at almost their closing time and was freaking out and they just immediately fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge me for it. This is a small business worth spending your money at and coming back to, I couldn’t recommend it enough.
